🐾 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

 

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on grooming products, opened pet food, or used accessories.

 

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll arrange a credit or exchange instead

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
